I didn’t know Deb personally, but feel that I do as I read your post, see her wonderful art, and read her friends’ and mother’s comments. May she rest in peace knowing how much love she gave and spread wide, beyond the Berkshires to Minneapolis and beyond.
Thank you, Rachael. Deb was remarkable. She was the guiding force behind IWOW (In Words Out Words) which brought people together every month for years to share writing and performance. For each event, she would create a theatrical backdrop in that unique naive art style that was just electrifying. She was such a gift.
Thank you Susie, for remembering Deb on her special day. She remains an inspirational light for so many. Left us way too soon. Her kindness and sweet strong messages ever remind us of the important things. I have a couple small, indelible pieces of her heart-strong art in front of me every day as I sit at my computer seeking my own love messaging.
So much artistry for love, she gave us. May we honor her memory by loving it all! Thank you, Susie!
Such a beacon of light in these dark days....Love to you, Mary
Much needed. These days, it's easy to forget. xoxoxo
I don't think I can match Deb's capacity for love but I'm doing what I can. We're all doing what we can.
Thank you, Susie, for sharing Deb’s loving images and for your weekly verbal food for the soul.
Deb seemed to know exactly how to elicit each individual's sacred offering.

Miss you Deb. 💛
Thank you, Jim. We were so blessed to know her.
I love this. Reminds me how much we do have control over.
Such an important realization.....especially now.
Lovely tribute, Susie.
Thank you, Sue. Deb presence is still palpable in the Berkshires and beyond.
I know. We took meditation classes in her space last summer. I loved looking at all her artwork.
You also fill the world & my heart with love. Thank you so very much, Dear Susie. Sara Koffman ( Deb’s Mom)
I did this with your encouragement, Sara. You have really kept Deb's legacy alive and helped spread her love far and wide.
I, too, am thinking of Deb today, and her unique, beautiful presence. 💖
Wonderful to join you in remembering,
Thank you, Susie, for giving us an opportunity to honor Deb and love on her yahrzeit.
She made a real difference in the lives of a great many people.
May her memory be a blessing.
Beautiful! Christopher said before he died…..”I learned in Afghanistan that nothing else matters except love”…….love should be everyone’s legacy 🩷😌
I'm honored that you brought in Christopher today. I think you would have really appreciated Deb. She was unique in my experience.
