We've never talked about baseball. I love your weaving together, as Don says. To name the man beyond baseball is even more damning than naming him beyond redemption. Just to say that the frequently marvelous 700+page book The Brothers K, by David James Duncan has baseball at its heart!

I don't know the Duncan book. Thanks for passing that along. I seem to remember you're an avid Blue Jays fan. I've never seen them live but have very fond memories of seeing the Expos back in the day.
