One winter day, not long ago, the sky was a grey bowl covering my world. I took myself for a walk in the hopes that moving my body would enliven my spirit, as it often does, and lift the sense of oppression. Once out on the street, I looked up at the dull sky. What arose in me was a feeling I could only identify as boredom. It was a claustrophobic feeling, as if I were enclosed in a tightly fitting space suit. I wanted to jump out of it to escape the suffocating monotony.
